A 34-bed medium and low secure healthcare facility in the heart of Wrexham, this was a challenging project which required the construction of a 3-storey new build development whilst integrating this to a retained element of the original property on the site that was built in early 1900’s. The extent of our works included all construction elements alongside full M&E installation, partitions and ceilings, hard wall plastering throughout staircases and lifts, windows and doors, bespoke joinery, fixtures and fittings, floor finishes and external landscaping
