Foyles were the first bookshop to recognise the inextricable link between drinking coffee and books and have, for many years, had a café within this store. As an integral element of the redevelopment they were keen to ensure that this played a key part in the new store and the 5th floor was set aside for the café and a gallery display area. Interior Service undertook all aspects of this fit out project including all bespoke joinery fixtures and fittings, seating and lighting through to the kitchen with M&E services and catering equipment
