A full strip back to the shell and complete re-development including extending the property, internal fit out including helical staircase, water wall, bespoke fire place, furniture, panelled glass bathrooms, resin floors, mechanical/electrical and AV system. External landscaping/pool and football pitch.

Complete re-development of a third floor 2 bed flat in the iconic Circle Building in London. Works included new bathrooms, bespoke kitchen and furniture, mechanical and electrical, lighting features and timber flooring and decoration.
