We maintain long-term permanent staff representing essential trades including Labourers, Apprentices, Drivers, Sprayers, Carpenters, Joiners, Machinists, Site Foremen/ Managers, Estimators, CAD Operators, Accounts Personnel, Receptionists, PA’s, Contracts and Project Managers, etc.

Training and Development

Interior Service are committed to providing ongoing training and development for all our staff to improve both levels of skill and qualifications as well as creating career progression within the company. As we operate throughout the UK all our employees must be prepared to spend periods working away from home and are expected to work out-of-hours wherever certain projects require this.


A core feature of our employment strategy is that we operate an annual Apprenticeship Scheme, leading to NVQ Level 3. Apprentices will be based in our workshop for 1 year with day release to a local college, years 2 and 3 may be split between the workshop and site based again, with day release to college. We expect 100% attendance with full commitment and a positive attitude at all times. Interview for Apprentices will take place in July with training starting in September of each year.
